Do the best you can with what you have. Just make sure that the things you spend time are the things that have the most impact. Appreciate the opportunity. One of my core values is excellence and the key component of excellence is focus. I always look out for the most critical factors that require my attention, and I put my best effort to conquer them. Stay positive and always appreciate opportunity. Show your appreciation, be grateful. Never miss a chance to share and express your gratitude. Let us all learn from our mistakes and be thankful for our problems. Never stop learning. Practicing these are the best ways to achieve a high level of well-being. It’s a matter of making the best of what you have.

Humility is a highly valued trait. We, as human beings are not perfect, we commit mistakes. we should be open in receiving feed back from others, we should be quick to forgive and most important is we should confess our sins to god. In doing so, we acknowledge our mistakes and we can accept God’s forgiveness. We must have the coverage to hear the truth about ourselves. We must learn to laugh at our mistakes we make. Expand group of friends to make sure that you are living life to the fullest. This will help to always keep us alive, active and having fun. 

Simplicity is beauty. Simplicity is the origin of freedom, it gives charm to a personality. Majority of people have worked hard for the success they now have. Nowadays, its good to be practical. As a student, I observed that most of the students always want the best shoes. Some even insist to their parents to buy that cellphone, they don’t even know that their parents are in debt. Some feel its necessary to own everything now. Some insist for the most recent gadget. Let us be contented for what we have. Stop going after the big me… this will make you feel at peace. Simplicity is initiating the love of Christ, and bringing that Christlike love to others.

Life is not simply to exist or to survive, but to move ahead and to achieve. Life can be difficult at times and at those times we may need a support system and the best support you can get is an unconditional love from your family. You know you are never alone, even when times get tough. Strong family bonds help us to thrive in all aspects of life. Family bond is essential…. it helps shape our futures and make us who we are.

Pain moves us and takes us much closer to the future. Pain is a very realistic problem that many individuals face daily. People can wear on the outside like a mask, hiding them from the world, but it can hide deep within them waiting to be freed by some emotional circumstance. There are two dimensions of pain, the physical and emotional. Physical pain like when we stumble or stump your toe on a table leg. This kind of pain usually go away, while emotional pain/ hurt will always be there under the surface. When people are suffering emotional pain, they resort to drastic measures, such as taking their own lives. Pain is a very difficult feeling to deal with. To live is to suffer but this suffering lead us to maturity. We’ve all been through some type of pain, and perhaps we learn a lot from it. Pain will help us to be a stronger person, the most important is… we should learn how to handle and overcome those pain… which will make us a better person.

Family.. God’s gift to me.
I have loving and supportive parents who always remind me of life’s lessons and letting me develop my talents, morals and good values. Or should I say, I’m very lucky because I am surrounded by people who care and very loving. I get a lot of my source of strength from my family and through prayers. Family is always there through the good and bad, thick and thin times. Always strive to be the best you can and you will earn the respect you desire.

                           Love is what you feel for someone, especially when you are in love. Love is indeed a complicated subject and to really come to terms with fully I think it can be a matter of truly knowing yourself and loving yourself first. When you can do that, then you will be able to love another , and you will also be able to distinguish love from other profound emotions.

                             When you are truly in love, you will know it. Firstly you will have a solid and honest love for yourself. Secondly you will feel extremely comfortable around this person, almost to the point of losing all of your inhibitions. Thirdly you will feel a strong attraction to that person and you will want to be near and close them all the time. And lastly you will be super sensitive to their feelings, desires, and needs. When you experience all of this, you will have found the true love at last.

                             To love someone unconditionally means that you love the person exactly as they are, exactly as they were before, and exactly as they will be in the future because all people change all the time, so if you love the person, you will love them even if they become something you disagree with.

              Destiny is not a matter of a chance, it is matter of choice. It is not a matter to wait for but a matter to be achieved. Destiny or fate? Sometimes I ask these questions to my mind. It refers to the things that will happen to a person in the future and which we cannot be changed. Nobody knows what will happen in the future. It is believed by many that before we are born, we make definite choices as to what we wish to learn and the ain we want to fulfill during the coming life. Destiny is what we are here on earth to achieve. It is the sacred inner star that guided us, our aspirations, our need to go somewhere. We ask a multitude of question about our destiny, answers can only be heard by getting to know ourselves really well. Fate is something that happens to us. All I know is we are not permitted to choose our destiny but what we put into it is ours.

                      Quality of life is not measured on how much is your savings or how successful your careers or unlimited financial resources. It is measured with healthy relationship with friends and classmates, interacting with people whom we put our trust and developing personally so that others learn to trust us. As children of God, we always depend on him and we should not forget to always thank Him for giving us life, for showering us more blessings and for giving us wisdom. I always thank God for giving me family, friends, classmates and teachers who are very supportive, for helping me see may values and develop my talents. God is our source of power, we have a purposeful and fulfilling quality life, all these come from him. Let’s all thank Him.
